-All visitors will be watching the Tigers coaching staff at the Elite Rising Stars camp, before of course putting on the purple & gold jerseys for some photos, dinner and then discussions with their position coaches.

-I am told there is a 99.9% chance ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Jordan Allen finally receives his LSU offer tonight when he is scheduled to have a sit down with CBs Coach Corey Raymond. The DB Coaches loved the hard nosed play and versatility Allen brought to camp, working out at a high level and proving why any hesitation on LSU's part has thus far been a cruel misstep.

-⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ LB Harold Perkins showed up for an unofficial visit, the 5 star coming into town and wanting to be in Baton Rouge while LB Demario Tolan, five star Kamari Wilson and Azareyeh Thomas are within orbit. These young men want to get to talking, scheming and planning for their futures....potentially together.

UPDATES:

-⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ University Lab LB JAIDEN AUSBERRY, the son of assistant AD Verge Ausberry (a legendary LSU linebacker in his time), has looked great in coverage, breaking up 3 consecutive passes and showing dynamic range.

Ausberry has been a forgotten man, even by LSU Odyssey.

While we've talked to both Jaiden and his CB brother Austin, LSU Odyssey is starting to realize just how deep and ridiculously talented this class really is....

Any other year, both Ausberry brothers are already LSU commits, but due to the negative press surrounding their father's suspension (with his own admitted Title IX failures) and the endless supply of other talented defenders, Jaiden & Austin slipped down the list.

There's no better place to stake your claim than at LSU camp, battling alongside Harold Perkins.

If Coach Baker, Coach Olsen and GA Alec Osbourne identify Ausberry and Perkins as almost like for like, they'll have two legit 5 star linebacker options heading into the end of the contact period.

-HAROLD PERKINS has shown off his elite coverage skills, which has made LSU coaches wonder if he could play strong safety, as well.

UPDATE: Harold suffered a dislocated finger and was sidelined for the rest of the workout, though it didn't frustrate him. Perkins is still in Baton Rouge, hanging around Blake Baker and his family.

-2023 QB CAMERON EDGE was a big time quarterback during the morning camp session: ranked as the #8 overall 2023 class by Geaux247, Edge looked sharp over the past day.
