STAR RB COREY KINER TRANSFERS FROM LSU

One of the most promising Tigers on offense just entered the transfer portal:

In a shock announcement, Corey Kiner posted a tweet saying he will be leaving LSU for greener pastures elsewhere, which could likely be his hometown school of Cincinnati.

Recently picking up a high ankle sprain, Kiner was poised to be backup to John Emery Jr or challenge for the #1 role itself...however, anticipating the arrival of Noah Cain, we always predicted a running back would transfer, one of Kiner and Goodwin....but my money had always been on Armoni Goodwin to leave the school, not Kiner......although with his close pal Corey departing, Armoni could be out the door now, too.

I suspect Kiner could be heading back home to Luke Fickell's Cincinnati, and after talking about the transfer with a close source to Kiner's family, I'm led to believe Corey wasn't happy in Baton Rouge.

"He hasn't been happy for a while," I was told.
