This is a gigantic trip wire for CBK. If he chooses poorly, a dynamic offensive future is in jeopardy as well as key recruits. Sloan must be promoted and see growth and financial potential. Tommy Rees has not seemed like a Kelly loyalist to me. If you can bring him on without torpedoing Sloan fine, but not if it jeopardizes what we have going.

I don’t disagree. I just believe you lock down Sloan first so he sees this as opportunity and not a rejection of what he is accomplishing.
