OVERALL LSU ODYSSEY CLASS PREDICTIONS RECORD:

19-2

BIG WINS: MAASON, SAGE (WEEK BEFORE HALLOWEEN), DERRICK, ARMONI & KIMO FLIPS / SIGNINGS, BECH FLIP & COMMITMENT, LANGSTON SIGNING...

TWO LOSSES: JO JO EARLE & KOHT

On the eve of January 2nd, the remaining 2021 LSU targets will announce their decisions during All-American Bowl Saturday....and Tiger fans should feel good about tomorrow:

Not only did many LSU fans wake up to HOLD THAT TIGER retweets and highly rated OG Kimo Makaneole signing with James Cregg's offensive line unit, I'm now being told about a few big time factors in play tomorrow:

TRISTAN LEIGH (OT)

Tristan Leigh is the biggest catch for the entire class...frankly, he's worth 2 members of LSU's current assembled group, such is his dominance and intentions for dynastic ambition...it's not just what Tristan does on the field, his greatness is ALL about how he positively influences every O-lineman, running back or quarterback within a ten mile radius.

Leigh is up in the air...

I can confirm he has settled and made a firm decision in the last few days...and any LSU fan who cares about the future of the program should be waiting with prayer hands and crossed fingers.

Tristan's potential is out of this world, his character is certified and his football dominion has only just begun.

FINAL VERDICT: I know there's a chance I could get this wrong, but I'm geauxing with my heart AND my brain on this one....

LEIGH TO LSU

Verdict Confidence Rating: 8.5/10

He knows his path to the field is so much easier in Baton Rouge, he understands how comfortable his family have been there (the Leighs visited LSU's campus & HQ 5x) and he has to know there's no firmer plan for his little brother Aidan than a junior and senior year of high school at U-High, located right on LSU's campus....no other school boasts such a set-up, the proximity making it possible for Aidan to be a part of Tristan's journey the entire way.

He's also been excited by the commitment of Kimo Makaneole, LSU's 2nd highly ranked offensive lineman, transforming how this 2021 class's O-line setup may look.

This is the make or break pick for LSU...and considering the amount of hours, articles, interviews or sheer effort we've poured into our own recruitment of Tristan Leigh, this one could make or break our hearts on Saturday as well.

JARDIN GILBERT (CB)

No drama here....

Jardin loves Corey Raymond's approach as well as his plan for the local Louisiana safety.

Gilbert will be another big time security blanket for the dynamic 2021 safeties class (Sage Ryan, Derrick Davis, Matthew Langlois)...and while losing Khari Gee to Notre Dame, Gilbert's signature isn't just a fancy feast...his presence is a necessity.

UPDATED PICK: first was LSU 10/10, THAT HAS CHANGED:👇👇

FINAL VERDICT: GILBERT TOSS UP BETWEEN A&M & LSU

Verdict Confidence rating: 5/10

KOREY FOREMAN (DE)

Foreman would shock the world if he decided to reignite his friendship with Maason Smith and throw his commitment LSU's way....in fact, that move would be the #1 surprise of the 2021 class thus far....either Korey's potential LSU signing or Sage Ryan defying Alabama's recruiting service experts...

Grabbing Foreman would prove to be a coup of the likes we haven't witnessed in some time on the recruiting trail....and here's why:

Not only would the #1 overall player (according to Geaux247) join an already mischeviously stacked defensive line, sealing their position as the #1 overall 2021 D-line carnival of death, but Foreman's signature would bring 2021 pillar and recent decommit Raesjon Davis back to the fold.

Either way Korey goes, to LSU or USC, I feel Raesjon Davis will be joining him....would Raesjon still return to LSU knowing he wasn't recruited by their new defensive coordinator?

Has Korey seriously entertained LSU enough?

Is Maason still a factor in his recruitment to Baton Rouge?

FINAL VERDICT: One of the true enigmas of the 2021 class who we have to say is a 50/50 TOSS UP EITHER WAY YOU LOOK, WITH RAESJON'S DECISION ALSO HANGING IN THE BALANCE...

I still don't think it's over for Korey and LSU though...call it a gut feeling but I know Christian LaCoutoure, Keith Sanchez and Bennie Logan have all kept on Foreman the last months, trying anything and everything....

After all, from USC, Clemson or LSU, it's a no brainer where Korey Foreman's talents would be best developed for a true NFL harvest...

And if he could invite Raesjon back to the purple and gold the So Cal native #1 LB defended, loves and believes in, this rekindled Tiger Love would make January 2nd the best day at LSU since January 13th, 2020....

At the end of the day, I believe LSU will fall short despite some incredible work...and hopefully Korey's decision has no bearing on Raesjon's choice....but it will...

KOREY TO USC

Verdict Confidence rating: 5.5/10
