Fighting off Michigan State's heavy pursuit of the Texas native, LSU made up a lot of ground over the past few months concerning the recruitment of Denton Guyer's highly lauded DB prospect Ryan Yaites.

Although Yaites visited Sparty this past weekend, LSU are in pole position to land a commitment from LSU Odyssey's top 10 rated 2023 DB tomorrow.

A special talent out wide as a premier shut down corner or through the center at safety, Yaites is long and athletic, making tackles while being held by offensive linemen, batting passes high above at their apex, showcasing an excellent hip & head game (understanding how to move as a DB with the ball in the air beautifully) and he backs up all the hype by making one play after another.

Yaites is hard to miss, becoming must-see-TV this upcoming fall;

Owning an infectious, bold personality & charisma on the field, Denton Guyer's high ceiling corner is fast becoming a must for every top program in America.

Yaites tells LSU Odyssey that he will attend LSU's Spring Game on April 23rd, visiting the Tigers' facilities and campus at the same time, however after receiving the information I have from a close source, I also believe Ryan will commit to LSU tomorrow.
