ATTENTION EVERYONE!

I am writing directly to you, dear readers & viewers, to let you know that LSUOdyssey will be back in full swing as soon as humanly possible, but there is a good reason for the delay over the past few days.

I was hurt quite badly in a violent, physical altercation and am recovering for a few days here...but the work never stops...many things are in the works, including interviews, deep dive articles & a few feature length pieces that are long-time investigatory writings as well.

No one will stop where we're going, what we're going to do & what is possible...both for LSU Nation & LSUOdyssey together.

I am so privileged to be alive, surrounded by an amazing family, the two cutest little kids in the world, my beautiful, talented, patient, and wise partner in parental crime Chelsea, my siblings & parents, as well as to so many of you who checked in on us over the past 24 hours.

One last thing:

As my friend LaRon Landry said, "God is real, and he doesn't make mistakes."
