LSU's Director of Player Development Jordan Arcement has left the Tigers to pursue a career at Athlete's First, one of the top sports agencies in the country.

Arcement will be working with the agency on the new revenue sharing era of college football, as well as bringing his NIL pedigree to the table, On3's Pete Nakos reported.

The loss of Arcement is significant, in my opinion, due to his work on the recruiting trail and inside the locker room as a beacon of light for every young Tiger.

His tight relationship with WR Kyren Lacy is one example of his dedication, relatability & loyalty to LSU and their student athletes since his arrival at the dawn of the Kelly era (late 2021- mid 2025).

LSU lose a very talented and savvy staffer, but also a Louisiana native who could wear multiple hats during his 4 years on staff in Baton Rouge.

It will still be good to retain a collegial relationship with a talented guy like this in such fluid player compensation times.
