LSU's third year DB Jordan Toles entered his name into the transfer portal just days ago, we learned first.
Appearing in 14 games over 2020 & 2021, Toles recorded 16 tackles, 0.5 TFL & forced 2 incomplete passes.
When Jordan told me the news, I asked what kind of quote he would like in the article.
He told us: "I'm for who for me and we can win together."
Toles is a multi sport athlete in Baltimore, Maryland, tearing it up as a basketball star as well as a football player. At different points throughout his career, Jordan even practiced with LSU's basketball squad.
"I didn't want to flip to hoops full time but I did participate with the LSU basketball team at practice when preparing for last season. And was on the bench first game."
Right now, Toles' drive and ambition is aimed straight at an NFL future, with nothing else distracting or detracting from that end goal. The location of his future transfer destination will make that apparent.
