For those who still continue to doubt Brian Kelly's recruiting abilities or even his ability to put together a staff who can, well you're running out of material....and fast.

Before Saturday night, LSU's 2026 class was already flying high, especially along the defensive trenches, grabbing commitments from #1 overall player (according to ESPN) & a nationally rated top 5 D-line prospect in Lamar Brown, they also gained another 5 star and top 25 nationally graded player with edge star Trenton Henderson, and the Tigers already had a bedrock class anchor, interior DL Richie Anderson (the 63rd ranked overall prospect of the 2026 class, 2nd overall defensive lineman & the 3rd ranked overall player out of Louisiana)....already enough to qualify as one of LSU's best defensive line signing classes in years....except they weren't finished....

On Saturday night, led by Kyle Williams & Frank Wilson's tireless recruiting efforts (Wilson recruited his father during his time at Ole Miss), Collins High's elite Deuce Geralds also committed to the Tigers...making a savage defensive line crew into a temple of line of scrimmage dominion.

Geralds is as close as they come to being a 5 star without holding the distinctive title right now, producing a ridiculous 77.5 tackles for loss & 33 career sacks in the highly competitive state of Georgia.

Geralds is yet another incendiary recruiting win for Brian Kelly's LSU, ranked within the top 10 for some time (at #7 currently, according to Geaux247 & #8 according to On3), while LSUOdyssey would put the class at #6, despite not having a class quarterback yet (which is why the national recruiting services understandably continue to keep LSU's strong class out of the top 5).

Once again....another sign that LSU's program is moving in not only the right direction under Brian Kelly....the Irish Tiger is pulling off stuff Orgeron & Miles couldn't do....and both have a title ring on their finger....
